Beef Stew recipe

Ingredients:

2 pounds boneless sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 cups water
5 cups cut up vegetables

Preparation Instructions:

Coat beef with flour.

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add sirloin cubes and sauté until browned.

Drain.

Add seasoning, water, and vegetables and stir well.

Bring to the boil.

Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
