Beef Spread recipe

Ingredients:

8 ounces of cream cheese, softened.
5 ounces of sliced dried beef, chopped and divided.
¼ cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
2 tablespoons of prepared horseradish.
1 teaspoon of chives, optional chopped.

Preparation Instructions:

Combine all ingredients except the beef in a mixing bowl.

Mix in half of the of beef.

Shape into 2-3 logs and press the remaining beef on top of each log.

Chill for 90 minutes.

Serve with crackers.
