Beef Spread recipe
An easy appetizer perfect for holiday parties or game nights! This unique twist on traditional cheese dips combines the smoky flavors of dried beef with savory cream cheese and Parmesan. Combine all ingredients, chill, and serve with crackers. It's as easy as that!
Ingredients:
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 5 oz sliced dried beef, chopped
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp horseradish sauce
- 1 teaspoon chives, optional chopped.
Directions:
In small mixing bowl combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, horseradish, and chives. Add 1/2 of beef, and mix well.
On serving plate shape cream cheese mixture into 1-2 logs. Top with remaining beef, pressing gently into cream cheese.
Chill for 1-3 hours. Serve cold with water crackers.
